Event Description
It is generally accepted that the prime reason for failure in successful exporting is the lack of a well-developed business plan. Possessing a structured business plan provides an exporter with many benefits, not least being that all involved, including overseas partners, know what is expected. This course provides a practical framework with illustrations of each key decision area.
Particular objectives of the seminar include:
- Applying the marketing mix to an export business environment
- An insight into structuring export strategies and tactics into an export business plan
- Relating export business planning principles to a delegate’s current practice and identifying opportunities to build added value for both existing and potential business
